Isn't this technically a conflict of interest on the Sales agreement? It's states on my agreement, that if THP defaults, I can get my full deposit back. Well when they wrote this agreement for me, and TOOK my money, they were already in default, because they didn't have permission to build in the first place.
I have to call New hanover again and get the full story again, but this was a mess from the start regarding Wynstone.

I agree - and I noticed the other day when I drove by there that the Wynstone signs had been taken down.

...when do you think you will decide to admit the fact that you will never build this development, and give us all our money back (which, by the way, is supposed to be in Escrow)? I am really sick of waiting, and getting anything less than my FULL deposit back is unacceptable.

I am sure you are all on here, checking things out - I would like an answer. I want my money back, and I want it now. I have been waiting for 20 months -I think I, as well as everyone else, deserve an answer....I'm waiting.....
