Default Activity in Northgate

As of 8am this morning, work of some type is being conducted on the partially completed home on Morgan Hill Dr. Lot #23 Anyone have any addtn'l info?

If memory serves me right that was the other home that once upon a time was under contract like we where. However they got there deposit back and i think bought the house that was for sale privately this past summer in phase 1.

Default Lot #23

They removed exposed plywood above garage and replaced with new i guess someone is purchasing the home or why else would work be done on it? Now if they would only fill in the hole across the street from me.

yeah i hear ya, I cant get the my fiancé's car in the driveway since the exit of our alley is pretty bad. It scraps like crazy since it is not finished off. I know my car is gonna scrape really bad as well. It needs a good amount of patch to bring it semi level. Something tells me it will be a problem even after they eventually top coat everything.
