Default Maybe a sale is eminent?
According to the documents filed with the bankruptcy court.....All Qualified Bidders (for Whitfield) must deliver a written copy of their bids to the Debtors not later than 4:00p.m. Eastern Time on January 29, 2010 (the "Bid Deadline").

I would love them to come in because this would hopefully keep our property values around the same range.

They built the home I'm in now...I will say that it's a well built home, & even though the development's not done - they still take care of it - the roads were plowed, dumpsters are emptied...I hope they bid on the development & get it...I HIGHLY recommend them.
