Default A little humor

Be thankful that the contractor didn't come after you for the work he did on your yard.

Right now I have cautious optimism. I won't believe the work will be done until I see it. I will make darn sure the contractor is getting paid by THP or the court prior to doing any work. As far as a warranty, if a subcontractor does the work and gets paid....then he should be obligated to provide some type of warranty on the work.
