"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Default You'd think...

Since THP reads this site (and quite often this thread... over and over...) all day long, they could at least respond to some of the things brought up here?

Or, perhaps click an ad or two for all the PACER documents?

(thanks to everyone that does - 8 months ((forgot the anniversary post!)) later and this is STILL going on!)

Default THP's response

Obviously, this was something they couldn't ignore.

Default Initial thought on the response...

Best possible outcome for everyone involved?

Really?

I don't remember being asked to use the money that they took for MY HOUSE, to be completed IN FULL and spend it to build houses that people no longer want.

Where's my positive outcome? They have been "working diligently" for 8 months now to remove people's liens.

Where's the progress on this?

This **** just makes me sick.

Get to work TH(P).

And who prepared this response? It goes back and forth from vendor to vender?

It almost looks like it came from someone else or was drafted up by someone initially to be touched up on?

Maybe that's the problem with my liens and others.

The vendors that work with the venders need to straighten things out so they can remove liens?

Maybe I can get on the THP payroll then and hope to see my house completed and lien free?

I about threw up trying to get through that response. There is nothing I hate worse than delusional double-speak. THP knows their goose is cooked, but they'll try anything to pull the wool over everyone's eyes.

What a crock of ****. They have never kept in touch with us!!!!

Let the war begin.

But guess who is trying to get in touch with us now that the letter was filed!

Has anyone else from the other 6 properties of Whitfield Estates been contacted. I truly believe the contact was a direct result of the letter that Doug Reichley filed!

And how much longer could we have waited! We waited 6 months and heard not a damn thing and we put our lives on hold renting a house. it was time to move on and we will fight hard to recover our money from these cruel people!

Happy New Year to all! I am not letting them ruin my 2010 like they ruined most of 2009 by leaving us without a home 2 days prior to settlement.
