Whew, it's been quiet around here. First off, thank you Admin for everything you've done! This site has been a comprehensive source of information for us as everything has unfolded. You've gone to incredible lengths to keep those of us who are involved well informed, and incurred a hefty expense doing so. We've all got our own goals for what we want out of this and you've been very clear from the beginning what it is you want. Current homeowners, would-be homeowners, vendors, and THP themselves have taken advantage of the loads of information on this website. Had it not been for you, we would have all been either 1) clueless as to what is going on, 2) feeding on the BS from THP (same as 1), or 3) equally in debt ourselves downloading court documents. Thank you for this.

I am not tech savvy whatsoever, so my apologies if this doesn't post correctly. I referenced your prior how-to post and got access to PACER, which I will vouch for you when you say it adds up quickly! My fiance and I still have an interest in the Whitfield sale since we are one of the lots for auction, so as I download the files that seem appropriate, I will post them in here. It is expensive, so I make no guarantees on future performance! Today I downloaded the Cure Amounts and am posting for anyone who's interested. Looks like this mostly applies to contracts between THP and the township, utilities, etc. No mention of any specific lots.

Default Ed Crotty WHERE ARE YOU?

Ed C,

I looked on the public searches and THP (nor Tim and Todd) have filed anything against you.

Since you have gone silent, we, the community, have no idea what is going on!

1) If this is financial, please contact me via PM and we'll work something out. You've provided great info for many, I understand your frustrations...and can help.

2) If this is from idiots from the community that tore down blessed trees, and has bought into the THP Kool-aid, let me know....I'm willing to help too

PS - Greetings from Pittsburgh! LOL

THProwler...

Wow,
Where did that name come from?

Well....THP running CUSTOMERS AROUND IN THE EARLY 2000'S in PROWLERS....my nephew loved them...he was killed @ 19y.o. by someone on a cell phone on Rt 1 in DE...never got to drive a prowler! Tim and Todd did!

It just worked...THP............

Ed -KEEP IT UP!

PM ME!

Looks like the top bidder was DFM Realty Inc., which as far as I can tell is a company founded by National Penn. So in short, it looks like the bank was the successful bidder. The bid price was $1,831,000, which is to be fully credited toward the amount THP owes National Penn.

Another intersting note, the back up bid is K Hovnanian at $1,748,000.

Here's a link I found on National Penn's privacy page that shows their connection to DFM Realty Inc.

Just found a Morning Call article on the sale: http://www.mcall.com/news/breaking/a...,1262514.story
