Default TH Properties attempting to remove wheresbuilder from WikiPedia

One question THP, why?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T.H._Properties

(cur) (prev) 21:22, 2 December 2009 96.245.2.22 (talk) (6,558 bytes) (Chapter 11 Court Filings and Discussions) (undo) (Tag: section blanking)

Just do what you say you are going to do - make everyone whole, complete homes, complete communities, and pay off liens for bills you did not pay.

That's it.

And, in the event TH Properties keeps removing it, this is what they have had no problem with since it first orginated, months ago, but, now find themselves conflicted :

Chapter 11 Court Filings and Discussions

Launched April 22nd, 2009, a website for the homeowners and would be homeowners was created as "a place for people to get together and share information with one another". [12] WheresBuilder.com is still in existence today and has almost 700 registered users. [13] Many of the court filings can also be found on the website in PDF format for registered users.
On December 2nd, 2009, TH Properties removed this entry from WikiPedia. A discussion thread about the removal was launched on WheresBuilder.com - TH Properties attempting to remove wheresbuilder from WikiPedia

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

That's correct.

On December 2nd, from the offices of TH Properties (as per the IP log captured), TH Properties removed the entry for wheresbuilder on the WikiPedia page.

My question, simply, is why?

It has sat, untouched, since its entry on August 27, 2009.

Default Answer as to why

THEY DON'T WANT PROSPECTIVE NEW CUSTOMERS FROM LEARNING THE TRUTH!

"Hey. If any of you are looking for any last-minute gift ideas for me, I have one. I'd like Tim and Todd Hendricks right here tonight. I want them brought from their happy holiday slumber over there on Melody Lane with all the other rich people and I want them brought right here, with a big ribbon on their heads, and I want to look them straight in the eye and I want to tell them what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, ****less, hopeless, heartless, fat-***, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey **** they are. Hallelujah. Holy ****. Where's the Tylenol?"

Seems very odd, not that a quick google search won't get you here anyhow.....but who knows.

Default Google link next?

Maybe a potential buyer had asked someone about the website. That probably scared the h@ll out of them. People venting about how much we all hate THP is one thing (they already have our money). But scaring away potential customers is another.

We, the current homeowners are in a bind. This is a catch-22 situation. Whether THP stays is business or not, the current homeowners don't really make out any better either way.

An educated consumer who is doing their homework should think twice about dealing with THP. Maybe Tim and Todd should petition GOOGLE to remove that link too.

Default Or, perhaps this is the link

New filing in court regarding a Biltmore purchase of two properties...

It was posted on the second.

I guess the reality of just how many people are really in contract may be differing from what is being put forth.

I don't get it.

I really don't.

They say they want to see everyone made whole (they put links up to all the old stuff now on their home page so you don't have to flip through it here), they say they want to pay off liens for those "unfairly burdened" ... they say they want to give back money for those homes that can't be completed.

..

Just do it!

If they did, this could be about singing the glorious praises of TH(P), and how they did what they said they were going to do.

But, instead, the filings in court differ greatly. Large performance bonuses, differing filings to move projects forward conflicting with the reorg plan, etc, etc.

Other builders that came out of their work out did just that. Set aside funds for warranty work right away. Still had customer service. Made sure liens were eradicated from homeowners (that already paid in full)..

The list goes on and on.

JUST DO IT.
