Default This is likely the reason.

Whoever put this note up on 12/2 on thproperties.com as discussed here :

Update on www.THProperties.com - 12/2/09

Likely decided that they didn't want people living in the communities speaking out against the image they were trying to put forth about how they are doing all this work for for the customers.

I believe the great mystery is solved.

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Well done.

And that brings it all back full circle.

If they REALLY were trying to clean things up, they would finish what they started, win back the support of their customers hosed, and just reap the benefits.

But, this was an attempt to make things look pretty for BoA for their own gain. No one else's.

It's even more readily apparent now.

And if you believe anything but that, that's a shame.

I hope the judge throws out exclusivity, lifts stays for all those requesting it, and allows this debacle to come to an end. Almost 8 months with no hope! "The Company is an entity with a past but no future"

A short while, after thp read this thread from their office, again, the entry on wikipedia was removed.

To no surprise, the ip address that prompted this removal was from the offices of th properties.

Default And again

TH(P) removes from wikipedia from the office.

Now, however, the actions appear to be encouraging rogue edits and new information that was also removed by th properties this morning.

It's probably an opportune time for me to put out there, despite what I am certain thp assume, the rogue edits were not put in by me.

It's like the old school days of the of the one kid in class who resisted the teasing the most, got teased the most. Sometimes, you're just better of joining instead of resisting.....I've seen it a million times....this just gives the masses a reason to now play wiki webmaster.

Default And more..

Now others appear to be asked to join in from TH Properties :

And, this seems to be encouraging what I'll refer to as rogue edits.

And, I'm quite certain, contrary to what TH Properties wants to believe, I am not the source of the rogue edits.

The wheresbuilder reference has sat untouched since August of its initial entry.

Why care now?

Default THP just doesn't get it.

Apparently THP wants this site to go away. They can't or won't fix the problems that created the need for this site. You know broken promises, leins on properties, mis-appropriated (I didn't say stolen) deposits.

If THP would just follow through on those items, then there would be no need for this site. Hell if they would just come and pave my driveway, I would leave them alone.

I can't wait for Todd and Timmy to petition google to remove Wherebuilder.com from their search engine!

THP
