26 people ... and then there were?
I'm reminded of the roughly 26 (?) current, valid, contracts THP is claiming to have with customers from SEVEN months ago for at least Biltmore.
You have to wonder. Just how many people have moved on? At least one couple did. They want out - and that was for two properties. That is sitting in the court docket. How many are REALLY left?

We are in! I have been waiting for the opportunity. I am preparing to put signs up in our yard advertising "wherebuilder.com" and "THP, pay attention to existing homeowners". I figure they will be a nice yard fixture for future homebuyers.
We have a lien and would love to attend.
