Happy stinkin' anniversary! Seven months.
Bah humbug.
Seven months in, 9 or whatever sold homes and people still sit with incomplete developments, liens, etc etc. But, hey, TH(P) isn't the big bad wolf anymore! So, there is that. Seriously, can we be done now? Give people the homes that they contracted ... and.. as a wise man once told me : "Go far, far away THP".
