We all have the same issues and problems. It has been several months. Isnt there any possible way we can get together as a large group across the communities to meet and figure out strategies together? Reviewing what is taking place, what needs people have, how to get our voices heard in court as a group? Any suggestions?

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Default I'm ready, let's do it!

We're in. Apparently, a reply needs to be longer than 2 words. So this is filler. I'll say it again, we're in.

Sounds fantastic! What days/times work for everyone? Weekday nights would probably work best for us. Where are we thinking of having this?

You can count us in i think it's time for us to start to take some action against THP.We are good except for for this Sunday and if we could i think it might be better to do a Friday or Saturday early evening, because i see it taking some time to discuss our issues but that being said anytime after working hours are good for us.

What about inviting anyone from THP to hear from all of us as a whole?! I myself can be civil as much as I want both Tim and Todd to be behind bars with a cellmate named "Tiny"! I'm interested depending on the day/time.

For what it's worth, I have met RealtorJoe in person and he is an "outsider", but, may bring value to the table.
