"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

These things always confuse me. Is this BoA removing their motion, or is it just THP requesting the court to remove it?

Default Hopefully......

Instead of THP filing a new plan in terms of making BOA happy in light of this withdrawl, wouldn't it be great if everyone just agreed to a conversion to Chapter 7 and sell off Tim and Todd's debt-laden piles of crap to the highest bidder?

Let people move on in time for Christmas?

Then, let Tom Corbett go after Tim and Todd?

Yeah, more likely than not 8 more months of lies lies and more lies!

Seems like an awful lot f back and forth for nothing now.

Guess we'll know more tomorrow.

legal jockeying.

It really all depends on what the big picture is. The Relief from Stay was pulled by Bank of America and the Collateral Motion was pulled by THP...pretty much indicating that there's more to discuss.
