I know I'm out & shouldn't complain....BUT
Reading this - makes me a little ill....
33. In regards to both the Barton Ridge Property and Kingston Hill II Property, the Debtors have conceded in the Plan that neither property (i) has any value to the Debtors, or (ii) is necessary for an effective reorganization. As such, National Penn is entitled to relief from stay under §362(d)(2) for both the Barton Ridge Property and the Kingston Hill Property. So my lot & my family never had any value to them & that's why they could just throw me aside...I mean I'm glad they did...I got a house & my money back...but DAMN!
