Exclamation The Hills of Lock Ridge (aka: Annandale)

See attached aggreements that Lower Macungie Township and THP/Courts have come to agreement with. Also attached is the work schedule for our development and when things will need to be completed. Too bad Lower Macungie didn't do this in 2007 as the orginal agreement which was signed... but better late than never and maybe some light at the end here for all of us... Keeping fingers crossed!

Thanks for posting this.

I haven't been keeping as much tabs on all the adversary cases as I would like.

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Default The Hills of Lock Ridge (aka: Annandale)

Well, the first deadline is Friday... guess what ... not a single soul in here working... Nadda, nothing... No fencing up, tree's not replaced... Road work was completed by the township previously... (now keep in mind they do have 4 more days to complete all of this... lol).

So another deadline will come and go without any action from THP...

Come on Lower Macungie Township... let's get this right! Your contract expired 2 years ago with no singed extensions with this builder...

Let's get a clue!

I'm asking that all of you at WheresBuilder Share your THP experience with the Commissioners of Lower Macungie Township (wherever you are from), see email's below:

E. Keller Kline III - President of the Board - ekkline1@rcn.com

Deana Marie Zosky - Vice President of the Board - dmzeverg@ptd.net

Douglas H. Brown - Member of the Board - dbrown1985@aol.com

William F. Spaide - Member of the Board - ndpitt@verizon.net

Julianna Timmcke - Member of the Board - jtimmcke@rcn.com

Bruce Fosselman - Township Manager - BFosselman@lowermac.com

I can tell you out of the list above, only Deana Zosky has made the efforts to walk the neighborhood and talk to home owners... I walked with her last Sunday and I do believe she get's it... keep in mind, this was a court appointed Commissioner Group as the township switched from a Second Class to First Class township last year... Zosky, Spaide, Tummcke, Brown are all running for election in November... Please share your THP experience with them (regardless of where you live)... We need these folks to "step up" and make an example of these guys who screwed us all.

Did the agreements ever make it to the signature stage?

Absolutely amazing, reference this court order versus the orginal schedule put out by our township... clearly the orginal schedule was worthless.

Default Ironic, rumor mill stuff.

This might get you a bit more fired up.

Apparently, word on the streets is that a part of the delay is....

Get this.

Because THP is the one dolling out the contracts and running with ensuring everything gets done for the bond work... They are also the ones standing in the way.

Their reasoning is that they simply don't have enough man power to assemble all the quotes and people...

Yet.... they want the opportunity.

Does anyone else see anything wrong with this?!

It's a well crafted stall tactic if this is true.

Let us be the middle man, but, we can't be the middle man because we don't have the man power. Therefore, stalling the whole process.

I really hope that isn't the case. Reason being, this is how other townships are being handled.

With winter fast approaching and with November 15 (the typical last day you can pave due to temps) it looks like the delays will make this a late spring project rather than a fall project.
