Default CONFIRMATION!! Breaking News - THP will be handled DIFFERENTLY TH Properties

I just received confirmation that the new approach to things is to have the Hendrick's NOT directly involved with the situation.

I do not have any additional specific information on this at this time, but that is what I was told a short while ago in a voicemail.

I was also informed to remain hopeful - this will be a long process - but that people should fare well with the new approach.

I am hopeful and appreciative of all the work and negotiations from all parties that have brought us to this stage of the game.

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Sounds precisely like the plan that's been hashed about for a bit has finally panned out. Interesting.

Yes.

I was told in my voicemail that there is a gameplan!

I hope that it is as real as it sounded... It was mentioned that this will be a long process but that everyone should fare well.

It is certainly my hope, that maybe now, we can all move forward!

I don't have too much more to go on at this point, but I am waiting to see if I get a return call that enables me to put forth any additional information.

As always, it ain't real until its in court, but perhaps this upcoming fall filing of the gameplan may provide some real "hope".

Here's the best expansion I can do at the moment.

Nothing missed - I'm waiting to see if there is a callback that will allow me to expand.

And, basically, what is confirmed is that the they are looking to proceed with the gameplan that consists of removing the Hendricks from the situation.

Cryptic, yes.

But, if you add in all of the other filings, it makes sense.

Big ongoing negotiations for weeks and weeks...

Messages on thproperties.com website about having desires to fix peoples houses that already paid in full, in good faith and completing them.

Messages on thproperties.com website about removing the lien holders against homes already sold with owners.

This is a change. A large and significant change in the desires and ideals put forth to this date - FOUR months later!

It has to be coming from somewhere new.

If I get the go ahead, I will post more. Or, if I find more out from other sources.

But I think more will be coming out about this in the near future.

The unfortunate part is, its going to be a long ride. But hopefully, with a different driver, we can all, TH(P) included, see a light at the end of the tunnel.
