Default New TH Properties Information - Flyer being distributed to Realtors - "TH" Marketing

Well, when it's quiet, there is always a reason.

I guess this is one of them.

... There are lot's of things on here of interest.

There is mention of a customer service department, but there is no mention of service being available.

More of interest to me on a personal level however is this :

"The court has ordered that any liens for prior work be removed."

REALLY?

That's great news!!!

I must have missed that one. And here I am trying to work with the title insurance company to get everyone that has "Unfairly Burdened" by liens taken as one singular case.

Perhaps the companies with liens against my home and many others missed this one as well.

And what is this trying to convey :

"All new homes will be conveyed free and clear of mechanics lien insurance".

Was the word "insurance" supposed to be in there? I think this is conveying a different message than they wanted to put forth.

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Curly: Amazing nothing. It'll be a regular miracle.

There's a lot of points of interest to discuss in this.

That is one of the most unprofessional pieces of propaganda I have ever seen - I can't believe that anyone left there would approve this -
Is this from the guy they want to pay $68,000 (+-) to for real estate consulting?????

It may be.. I didn't go back and look but I would assume that is who it is as they partnered with the same company that wrote the piece.

... I dunno.

It makes me so fired up just reading it.

I have to come home to all the crap that I do... (like many others out there) to read this.

Forgetting all the how this came to be etc stuff... Just the lien component alone enrages me.

Default Is it real?

A *LOT* of people have been asking, is this real?

Yes.

It is real.

I had it confirmed two times over as of this writing.

Default Hmmm

That without a doubt is one the most poorly written and put together marketing fliers I have ever seen. Are they really paying a professional firm for that? That in no way would put me at ease buying one of their homes...I love the comparison with GM. They are stronger because of bankruptcy, so we must be to...Oh no they are stronger because the government backed them and gave them huge amounts of cash, as opposed to this floundering ship which was unable to secure 3 million in DIP financing...

.....and the fact that GM positioned themselves prior to going into bankruptcy with an exit strategy rather than mucking around for 4 months.

I could do a line-by-line critque, but I won't. Although I will say this. Any "memo" that starts out with the first line ending in an exclamation point loses most, if not all, credibility with me at the start.
