Wink Real Estate Flyer

It seems odd to me that the THP website has not added the information in that poorly worded flyer to the website.

Is it possible that the flyer was "planted" and is not really credible?

Ask around.

I've had a few Realtors confirm it is real.

Whatever the reason behind it.. Perhaps that is secondary.

Maybe it was planted per say, but I'm not sure why?

And I think it hasn't been added is because this was the let's-get-jazzed-again-about-THP-Realtors flyer.

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Default My Thoughts

The thing that just got me, and it really is something after I read it a few more times...You blame the banks for your misfortune, so much that you unprofessionally call them out as “uncooperative.” But, you had to claim bankruptcy thus forcing the banks now to cooperate due to their misgivings and an unsure economic environment which caused them to call in your excessive loans on should I say an over excess of land...Secondly, and this is the kicker you claim the banks will become top priority in the repayment of any loans..Is this why you were rejected for your DIP financing with Continental? Because, the court realized it unfairly put them ahead of everyone else in the bankruptcy proceedings. I mean at the very least can you put out a memo that is based upon fact, especially in light of the existence of this site and the freedom we all have to access the court filings & documented information with regard to this company.....

You know this is why I am ashamed to tell people I worked for THP. In light of everything that has happened you would think these circumstances would force them to be truthful and honest. For a company that put itself on pedestal about community and charity, it shamefully has done nothing but the opposite with disseminating false inaccurate information to the public. And all I can say is their posturing and floundering seems to only benefit two people, that being the “brothers.” Because through all of this sham they have collected a paltry $125,000 per year while costumers, employees, banks, townships, and subs have toiled in the wake of the this sinking ship THP...Unreal everyone enjoy your weekends.

I'd have to say its doubly confirmed this is for real.

Only TH can offer this?

... I guess that's how it is going to be.

Leave the "TH Properties" people behind while rebranding as TH.

That's actually not too bad. The name change without the name change.

Hat's off for that one.

wonder how the banks and other creditors, like you and me, feel about the line "companies emerging from bankruptcy are stronger than ever and they leave their debt behind."

Really?

You know what this is....it's not a PR firm, it's a real estate agency. Since they don't have any sales force anymore, they need this group to hawk their homes.
