Default court location

These are at the Bankruptcy court in Philadelphia. Court room #4 If you go i really cant recommend taking the train there. Makes it very easy just get off at market east. The court house is just a half of a block down the street. No hassles with traffic and no parking issues.

United States Bankruptcy Court
Eastern District of Pennsylvania

2nd floor, right?

Out the elevator, turn to the left and its the courtroom just across from the large waiting area to the right.

I am trying my best to attend tomorrow as well.

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

Default I got that last week

We received it last week also. Its just a list of who has deposits down on properties in Northgate. To me it looks like it was already submitted in the courts. I don't think we need to fill anything out. It was already completed and signed by one of the brothers. They probably wanted to show Bank of America that they should finish the homes. It would be to their advantage.

If anyone else has any other idea about it, please let us know.

It is a list of all the people who gave THP deposit $$$ (that they decided to STEAL) and who filed their claims on time with the Bankruptcy Court. An we also received ours at the end of last week. Also it is not just people from Northgate it was from all their developments.

I got that in the mail last weekend. I don't think it means a whole lot.
