Default 8 Cent Slot Update - AKA PACER - AKA "The court filings docket"

Nothing new.

Since there have been a few people now nice enough to donate, I'm playing the slots carefully, but a little more often with more ease and not being quite as squeamish.

There are no new updates as of now. One Wachovia filing where someone is not going to be attending anymore... But that's it since the "TheFiling" denial.

yeah....I wouldn't spend anythign looking for anything today....I doubt we'll see much. I really would LOVE to know what the plan is now......

I thinK I may place a call to Dave tomorrow just to see what he can tell me about THP's next step.

I would have hoped for a call from THP, but I guess that's not happening. I mean, is an update too much to ask for...good, bad, or indifferent, I want to know what's going on w/ my "house"

Walk away already. Liberate yourself. Homes that they have not even broken ground on do not stand a chance of being built in any timely fashion by THP if by some miracle they emerge from this, which they won't. Start letting them know that they have one more contract that is worthless.

I can't "jut walk away" legally they can sue me later...& I'd like my $ back.

Now...I know that any law suit would end in my favor (99 out of 100 times) & that my $ is probably gone...but I can't take taht chance...not yet.
