Apparently, according to THP though, there are no safety issues. It says so right in the Chapter 11 filing.

Somehow, the huge ditch left wide open next to my stone driveway is no big deal.

Secondly, this is complete bull****. When is someone going to finally "get it" and do something other than wait for THP to magically reappear from the ashes????

He's ok. More shook up than anything else, thanks.

Default Another perspective...
The shadow of the home is overtop the large ditch / moat area, but you can see just how ridiculous this all is.

It's one shot that I had on my phone that I took recently.

And some people have the balls to ask me why I'm so upset over all this.

He sleeps just fine at night...b/c he and the Hendricks are Heartless Souls. Ed have you complained to your township since THP has "Suspended" operations?

My sentiment to the township exactly - let alone the fact that I believe ... if I remember correctly... Larger safety concerns could be put forth in front of the courts.
