Until you are in our situation, do not cast stones...we are all hurt, lost, confused, & angry. Some of us are in danger of loosing a lot of money, and this situation is even causing problems in marriages (NOT THIS WEBSITE...the I HAVE NO FREAKING HOME ISSUE)....so please do NOT say things about a person's family.

My son SLIPPED and tumbled in. That's the way it went down - no ... he wasn't playing in the yard (good luck with that anyway) while mommy and daddy were watching tv in the house.. (and I know I opened myself up for a of course daddy isnt around... Enjoy!) Nothing exciting. Just a kid being a kid and had a slip. It's really a shame that someone had to take it to the level it was taken to.

The ironic thing is, even though this person has created four different accounts since this site existed - one of them, for his or her own benefit to proclaim how to stick it to THP for missing pay by USING this very site (!!!) ... This person is on more times than me during the day at times. I have a window that remains open most of the day.. That doesn't mean I'm ON-ON, but I have a look at performance.. logs... etc. I try to keep it up and running.

Just because you aren't logged in, doesn't mean it isn't visible to the server logs. Since July 19th in the middle of the day, there have been 3,268 hits from that source. Sure, a hit isn't a visit, but..

I guess all I'm saying is I really don't understand the attack on me?

As I continue to say, I just want what I was sold and bought.

On every forum board I've ever been on, there's always one or two douchebags that have nothing better to do than to snipe at people with comments meant to incite. It's the same people who wouldn't have the balls to say things like that to you on the street....they hide behind a keyboard and act tough, but when push comes to shove, at the end of the day, they're still douchebag losers. And it makes them sad. So much so that the only way they CAN feel better about themselves is to put others down.

They crave the attention that comments like this bring. They'll sit back and watch everyone say "how can you say this or that" and it makes them feel better about their own pathetic lives. But only for a little bit. Then they have to repeat the cycle again.

Much like a three year old child, the best way to handle attention seeking behavior is to ignore it. Once they see that their actions aren't getting response, they move on. Plain and simple.

Seriously, the only issue here is how Admin's child is doing. I am glad he is fine, and I hope that there is a quick end to the safety hazards that Admin needs to live with.

Exactly, Clancy. I just found this site and I am a resident of Annandale. (THP first community here in Lower Macungie Township) I feel very sorry for the folks like Admin who paid for their house and didn't even get close to what they were promised and now have liens against them by all of the subs THP screwed over. Here in annandale, THP screwed everybody but a few on their driveways and we still don't have finished roads. They never plowed this winter and all LMT can do is say it is out of our control. ALL OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS HAVE HANDLED THIS WHOLE AFFAIR TERRIBLY IN MY OPINION. WHAT IS REALLY FUNNY IS LMT MAIN OFFICE ON BROOKSIDE ROAD HAS GUESS WHAT? Brand new roads recently paved with new freshly done lines. Geez, I wonder where the money came to do that??
I agree with your statemets Clancy, these THP ex-employees are pathetic. How can they throw stones when they have no idea how it feels to lose a very large amount of money because of Tim and Todd's failure to manage company in a professional way. What makes me seething mad is I recall after I bought my home, how Todd, would have Open Houses here at Annandale to try to sell the remaining homes and would display his exotic cars. What a douchebag!! I feel he was just rubbing our faces in his wealth and now I hope both Tim and Todd get to spend some time in our friendly State prisons. That is where they belong!!

CliffsideF3 i agree with you about Ed's son, this is the issue an i'm happy for them that he is ok. BUT these people that come on this site and attack a bunch of INNOCENT VICTIMS who now have there LIVES ON HOLD because of these SCUMBAGS, i'm sorry i will not keep my BIG MOUTH SHUT. Since i have been personally attacked by DAVE WERTZ last week, the GLOVES ARE OFF, i am sorry if this offends anyone one this site but these are MY PERSONAL FEELINGS and no one will tell me how to feel or react to this whole situation.

I agree Clancy and Cliffside. No more nice guys towards THP. They made their bed, now they need to sleep in it. I also think it is totally irresponsible for Tim and Todd NOT to at least address the homeowners who have had their deposit money taken. To take somebodies money for a house to be built and then go bankrupt, not return money, and then not to say anything to them is the same thing as robbing somebody without a gun and a ski-mask. It is STILL ROBBING and they should go to jail for their actions., When will our Justice System change so that A-holes like THP can't hide under US Bankruptcy law anymore.??
