Alright gentleman - what does this mean?
Here is your healthcare professional who knows nothing about all this jargon.

Default Exhibit B

I have it pulled down, but it's pretty hefty in size.

It displays the impact and message you would assume it would...

You can see it here :

Have a look while you can.. Sooner or later (halfhour-ish) I need to take this down due to bandwidth constraints. I'll put it back again later after some people have had time to look but I need to do some reconfiguration this evening to handle the additional load.

EDIT : Just took it down... I'll try and get it back up again after some tweaks either this evening or weekend. It had a LOT of hits already and I need to be mindful of the costs associated with this site to me personally.

It is a motion filed by a potential homebuyer reqeusting that Bankrtupcy court declare the Agreement of Sale be cancelled and THP return the deposit.

The paragraph 13 thing is posted on every incomplete home. Mine has it too. Sounds like their home is in the same condition as mine. Only problems are that my deposit isn't in escrow and I didn't have a time is of the essence clause in my AoS. Also, I looked at the PDF of the uninhabitable sign, and realized that it is signed off by Sean DeLong, who is the building inspector for Upper Hanover Twp. I've spoken with him on a few occasions about the condition of the exposed homes and he told me that IF THP ever finishes these homes there will need to be a third party inspection of the weathering and other environmental issues before anything happens. He was very pleasant, helpful, and informative.

I certainly wouldn't let that stop you. The fact of the matter is, if you have an incomplete home exposed to the elements it will never be able to be occupied.

ok...if Horton's is "I meant what I said & said what I meant, because an elephant's faithful 100%

Then THP's could be "I say what I want & I want what I say, because it's about money at the end of the day"
