They did file.

Default Another thing I find interesting..

It's interesting to me (outside of what you mentioned crash) is how THP is called to the mat that they are not even doing what they say they are doing for the new home buyers in regard to the liens.

Not only is their approach to liens singular, but they haven't been able to execute on this stance for the new home buyers either.

Oh they whole document is interesting...all the ways that THP failed to comply with things...is just staggering...
It makes it hard to keep the mentality that this could happen to any business, and they didn't WANT this to happen, & they're TRYING to help us....I'm really finding it hard to keep believing that.
