Default Updated proof of claim

Looks like there may be an outdated claim form floating around in different threads (again, I am working on collecting this for the front page / special section that will be short on words, high on content)

I am "Unfairly Burdened" with liens due to THP's inabilities to pay their bills :

~2k - B&F Insulation - A Masco Company
~11k - ServiceMark - A UGI HVAC D/B/A

I'm still waiting, THP :

"We are working diligently with vendors and lenders to develop a restructuring plan that includes an agreement by the mechanics lien holders to release liens against completed homes. Our discussions have been encouraging, and we intend to see that all legal action is taken to ensure that no homeowner is unfairly burdened by these liens. We continue to specifically address this issue in our discussions. Our goal is to reach the best possible outcome for all parties as soon as possible."

One clarificaition on the FAQ...you note the case number as being 09-13204....you may want to qualify that and make sure people check the filing to see which one they are included in. Different corporate entities have a different proceedind number.

That's something I was actually curious about ...

Looking at PACER, I see :

Case Associated Case Type
09-13201-sr TH Properties 09-00171-sr TH Properties, L.P. v. Allen Township et al Adversary
09-13201-sr TH Properties 09-13204-sr T.H. Properties, Inc.. Jointly Administered
09-13201-sr TH Properties 09-13208-sr Northgate Development Company, LP Jointly Administered
09-13201-sr TH Properties 09-13211-sr TH Properties of New Jersey, L.P. Jointly Administered
09-13201-sr TH Properties 09-13213-sr Morgan Hill Drive, LP Jointly Administered

It appears the primary case for all of them are one in in the same?

So, could you still use the blanket case number of 09-13201 and have it associated to the proper unique associated case? Or, is it proper to utilize the associated case rather than the main case if say your deposit was held with Northgate Development Company rather than TH Properties Inc?

For this case, it would be sufficient to put the "master" docket number on the form 09-13201 since these cases have been consolidated for joint administration.

Default Claim form companies for quotes

Hi all,

Since we're all doing leg work to get our claim forms ready, I thought I'd share the contact info of a few companies I will be going to for quotes, in the hopes that some of you might also share good companies you've gone to for things such as providing home warranties, general house work (i.e. fixing nail pops, floor pops).

Please note that any companies posted here are simply for reference and have no affiliations with myself whatsoever. Any companies posted are simply there for help. I'll report back on any discrepencies, otherwise there were no issues getting quotes.

For the issues regarding grass:
TrueGreen: 1-800-576-3804.

Trees and Landscaping: Tall Timbers Nursery at 610-395-1544

For driveway paving, I know others have used Keystone Paving in Whitefield Estates. I called them and they've been very agreeable.
Keystone Paving: 610-419-0411.

Again these are just here for help, if anyone has found other companies they are obtaining quotes from, please feel free to add to the list.

I have a question. I have some things that THP promised that I did not receive such as grading and seeding, driveway, walkthroughs, etc. If I file a proof of claim, do I need to get a lawyer, or are these all being jointly represented?

Start here :

WheresBuilder.com - T.H. Properties Suspends Operations - TH Properties - THP - A community for neighbors and speculators. - TH Properties Bankruptcy Proof Of Claim

But, yes, you do want to claim these items. If you did not get them, and you paid for them, then they are valid claims.

And these are just forms that you need to fill out and provide the details requested within. You do not NEED legal representation, but, if you feel queasy, it may be warranted. You only need to question what will the return on the investment be?

If you also would like, I can recommend legal representation that is very familiar with the case.
