Thumbs up Heard..

Obiously everything we hear is pretty much rumor - and I'm not even sure if anyone else posted anything about this yet. I heard that they are negotiating with subs that if they came back to work - any liens the might have filed against current homeowners would be revoked and all past money owed will go into the bankruptcy. And they are making subs sign something saying they won't file any liens against any homeowners.

Granted, would be nice if it's true - at least that is one worry off the backs for those of us who still have the possibility of getting a lien filed against us.

There was something along these lines posted, but it was geared towards the new homeowners - not the preexisting ones ....

If the lien filing would stop for all owners, that would be terrific!

With that, I would also hope that this agreement would also be retroactive on liens already filed against existing homeowners. Legally, I'm not sure how that process would work. Hopefully, though, there is some legal process to retract an already existing and filed lien without payment in full.

Talking All Liens

Hey everyone when i talked to Dave the other day and i posted about the mechanics liens, i'm sorry i should have been more clear they are addressing all liens on current homes as well as future homes. This should be resolved when they restructure. Have a great holiday weekend everyone, maybe we will all get an e-mail inviting us to the Henricks Brothers homes for a HOLIDAY COOK OUT AND QUESTION ANSWERING SESSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
