Question - if some of the communities are taken over by other builders, are we still held to the contract?

not sure if they survive assignment, but my knee-jerk reaction would be yes.

I have been reading upthread about people being optimistic about seeing THP jeeps on the road. I actually saw one this past Sunday pulling into the Giant supermarket on 113 (very early--before 8am). My husband asked if he was glad to be starting up again and the gentleman driving it said, "No, I am just using it while I still can".

I hope everyone has a swift resolution with THP!

I called THP yesterday and after the automated message it was going to operators extension and infact there was someone who picked my call and forwarded to Dave Wertz and the rest as you guys said earlier I heard the same words from him - restructuring/ re-organizing / two weeks etc.

But, looks like they are back in office with very minimal workforce.

You asked for new service? They're out mowing our (mostly already mowed, because we did it ourselves) lawns today at Coddington.
