There's your problem Joe...both Tim and Todd are BRAINDEAD!
I personally have given up hope too that I will ever see anything good out of this. I want to make sure these 2 monkies never establish a business in the Bucks/Lehigh/Montgomery Counties as long as I live here. They don't derserve a chance to reorganize after all their illegal, unethical, ways. It's what makes our legal system a sad state of affairs that they have been afforded almost 9 months of business. |

Admin:
Thank You big time for all you have done to keep the various communities informed. Without the information you provided,I'm sure many of the residents would have felt even more bewildered. Your hard work gave many of those frustrated buyers somebody to lean on - so to speak. Thanks again and hopefully THP will eventually make improvements to your house and you will have the home you thought you purchased. One can always hope. |

Ed,
Many thanks to you for using your technical ability and personal funds in order for information to be shared for this unfortunate situation that we have all been faced with. This site has allowed us all to share our stories and better yet make life long friends. Even though this site may not be active, we will not give up the fight and continue to strive to get what we deserve and PAID for. I believe that each difficult situation in life that we face, trully makes us a stronger. We all have learned something from each other. Maybe one day we will be made whole. We can only hope and pray that better things are to come for those of us that have suffered through this time, and we will all look back and have learned a lesson. THANKS so much! |

Ed,
Thank you for setting up this site! It has always been helpful, especially when this all first went down, and we really had no clue what was going on, (due to the fact that THP didn't, and still doesn't, communicate with us homeowners.) I will miss checking for the updates on every thing and everyone. I hope you finally get your home finished, leins removed. I hope we all get what we want, which is what we paid for from THP in good faith. Some communities need more than others, but hopefully it will work out. It really isn't fair that you have been attacked the way you have, and really I think THP is looking to place the blame on you instead of on them where it belongs. Best of Luck! Thanks again. |

You have been the face & voice for all of us (whether you intended to be or not). With out you...I wouldn't have known what I did or gotten the information I was able to get. I honestly don't think that I'd be free from THP with out you, this site, & all the wonderful people on here. I hope that EVERYONE involved gets what the truely want out of this & SOON! Good luck & thank you again!

Ed, I have to thank you for all your amazing work on this sight. This is where myself and many others have turned to, time and time again for answers. I truly admire your resolve. Not to wax poetic here but in life, no matter what you do, there will be people that disagree with you. There will be people who attack your credibility, etc. You got this because you had the courage to step forward and lead. Most people will never take that step- most people don' t have that in them or they are afraid of failure. Be proud that you led, that you helped so many people even if you had your side of personal agendas (which we all have), be proud that others look up to you. I know I do.

I haven't posted on here in a long time, but I've been following it. It has been very difficult going through this, but you have been so incredibly helpful in the process. I can finally say that I'm moving on, but thank you for all that you have done. Ed, I hope that you get what you want and deserve when this is all said and done. To everyone else that has been on this site for the past nine months, I hope that you all find closure one way or another. Best wishes to all, and here's to hoping that 2010 is a better year than last.

I've been in and out of the site over the past few days and TRYING to respond to all the feedback I have been getting.
THANK YOU. It's much appreciated. I wasn't looking for it, or even expecting so much, but, thank you. To each and everyone of you that took the time. And if I haven't gotten back to you yet, just give me a little bit of time - I will! The biggest tragedy in all of this is that people, homeowners specifically, are drawing conclusions on one another without even having the opportunity to meet face to face. Common sense dictates that everyone in each community only want to see that each home, section, and overall development maintain the integrity to the original plans submitted by TH Properties. Everyone shares this same common sense. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees on the proper vehicle to achieve these goals due to perspective. Clearly, everyone has their own needs out of this process. No one should be frowned upon because it may differ from your own. Everything just abruptly came to a halt one day. You may have been waiting for a home. A walkthrough. Warranty service. Answers. Whatever. And this doesn't even begin to address the people that worked for TH Properties. As I said in the past, I've always wondered what my exit would be. While I did not see myself 80 years old typing away on wheresbuilder, I was unsure what it would be! When TH Properties picked up the phone that day on January 7th, and made it personal, they provided me my answer. This has always been about TH Properties, the business to me. I welcome the opportunity to be the bigger man. If TH Properties can finish what they started, please, do so. If they can't that's fine too. And I think that's what everyone came here looking for - that information. -ed
