Question News?

When I spoke with Dave earlier this week he said that they were expecting to get the Bank of America offer today. Did anyone hear if that happened?

Granny53 had an appointment at THP today and she was suppose to get a lot of questions answered. When she comes on I am sure she will have lots to tell us.

Nothing to tell......same old "we hope"......."best case"...."we should know"......yadda, yadda, yadda.....but one interesting fact is for all you people out there who had Keith Sarringer as your sales rep........he told THP a few days ago that he NEVER told anyone that their deposit would be put in escrow. Funny that none of us know each other yet were all told the same thing by the same person. Everytime there was a delay, we would ask again about the deposit issue and were always assured it was in escrow....."it's the law" we were told. Some people had their contracts changed (according to Dave ) to read on page 1 that their deposit would be put in escrow. My question is why would anyone feel the need to do that or think of doing that when your sales rep is telling you it's PA law that deposits have to go into escrow????????

Well, we all know that's a lie. On my deposit checks in the memo I have my lot # and the word 'escrow' written in it, in ink, by Keith.
