Request for Kingston Hill - Residents Meeting

I'd be happy to print off flyers and hand them out door-to-door, to get the word out about the Township meeting on Monday. I do think we need to organize before hand to show a united front at the Township meeting.

Is anyone interested in meeting this Sunday night at 6pm to strategize?

I checked some of the other communites blogs and Northgate is having a residents meeting Sunday evening. It sounds like a good start.

Please email me at mailanikai@yahoo.com if you would like to meet Sunday evening. Also, if anyone knows of an available location, close by, that would be very helpful. Otherwise we can always just meet in front of the Model home at the corner of Lomara and Charlotte.

We will be at the meeting! If there is anything we can do to prepare ahead of time, let us know. Perhaps we should notify the media. The more attention that we can draw to this situation, the better.

Fox news and NBC have already contacted me to get more information about the meeting. Not sure if they will definitely show, but the interest is a good sign.

are they coming to your sunday night meeting and/or the township meeting? coddington view is also having a community meeting (monday night) and then going to our township meeting in May. could you share their contact info so we can contact them as well?

Our Spokesman will speak for us per our meeting last night. If he runs out of his 5 minutes, I will speak next and take over where he left off on our list. I will bring print outs of our list for each council member just in case the call time on us.
