Default Bankruptcy Letter in the Mail?
Hi All,
Has anyone gotten a letter from the county regarding THPs bankruptcy hearing in the last few days? It was a form to fill out saying what THP owes you, if anything.

I'm guessing this means they will NOT be coming out of bankruptcy.

Any thoughts on the matter?

Fill out the paper work and send it to the lawyers address. I am also getting quotes on driveway finishing and basement warrenties to add to my losses.

Don't send it to the lawyer's address - it needs to go to the courts as per the filing and information contained within.
