I'm not sure what this meeting will have, but, I can say that the township is getting actively involved in ensuring things move forward.

I know first hand that they are driving and walking around today inspecting and evaluating the situation.

That's a big positive as far as I am concerned and I'm pleased to see them out looking in our neighborhood and observing our (global) concerns first hand.

Just to clarify: The fact that members of the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors will not be attending the meeting of the Biltmore Estates Carriage Homeowners Association is not a negative reflection on Skippack Township or the Board of Supervisors.

It is not relevant to any decisions regarding who to vote for in the next election for the Board of Supervisors.

As previously stated, this a meeting of the CARRIAGE HOMEOWNERS. Only people who pay dues to the Carriage Homeowners' Association and members of their immediate household should attend. Therefore, this meeting would not include the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors. They are not expected to attend.

The Skippack Township Board of Supervisors does hold regular public meetings. More information on these meetings can be obtained here:

From reading these posts I suspect some of your residents may be expecting more from your municipality then it is capable of providing. It also seems that your development is ultimately going to be serviced by multiple HOA's. If this is the case the Municipal Manager should be able to provide to you the difference in the setups of the HOA's since these would have had to be provided to the minicipality at the time the Land Development Agreement was finalized and the escrows set up. Visiting each others meetings could be informative but also be irrelevant since the HOA responsibilities could vary. The municipality has no input into the HOA.

Agreed.

Closing on this thread on this note is probably the best thing we can do for Biltmore as a whole.

We have a lot of work to do. Even if THP survives or not.

Let's just keep going from here.
