I see the big problem going forward is the unfinished houses and communities, those lots and houses will sell at auction for pennies on the dollar which will lower the comps for the nearby houses by about 50%. I feel bad for you admin since you probably paid about $400k plus and you are on the worst possible street in Biltmore it really stinks for you, if they go chapter 7 fthe sherriff is going to be showing up again this time to post sherriff sale signs instead of leins. The big problems and losses have not even begun yet.
