Brief of Foisey (Regarding Deposit on Lot 7 in Westport)
Very interesting brief filed today in the bankruptcy case.....I still have yet to digest its full meaning, but basically they assert that their deposit is not part of the bankruptcy estate and/or that they have a statutory line on Lot 7.....interesting indeed.
